Welcome to the TWC! We specialize in one-on-one training and small group classes (4 clients/class) in the Pilates method.

Choosing from One-on-One or Group classes will be determined on your health, injury status, schedule and how you learn best. We recommend every new client begins with at least our
Jumpstart Program. After that, you and your instructor will discuss the various options for you to continue.

ONE ON ONE PACKAGES
You may choose from a variety of packages that suit your needs best. Monthly payments plans are also available.
Sessions may be booked at times convenient to you. Instructors are available from 6:00am – 9pm Monday – Friday and Weekends from 8am- 5pm.
Private sessions are convenient and can work well for a busy schedule. Book sessions week to week as your schedule allows or secure a regular time slot. It’s up to you.
