HERE’S HOW WE CAN HELP YOU:
TWC’s Healthy Back program is designed to get you back on track and enjoying life. The program includes:
1. Physiotherapy Assessment and Exercise Prescription. Together, our physiotherapist and your Healthy Back instructor will complete a thorough assessment to determine the best
approach for exercise prescription.
2. Begin with 2 private Pilates sessions/week
We are continually reassessing your injury to determine whether you stay in private sessions or can move into a class setting.
