Offering Pilates for Men, Women, Teens and Athletes. With a maximum of 4 clients/class you will receive maximum instruction and hands on corrections with every exercise. Modifications for special needs or injuries and customized programs. In addition to our Pilates classes, we offer programs for specific groups:
- Pilates and Health for 60+
- Healthy Back Program - healthybackprogram2010
- Men’s Only Classes - Tuesdays 5:30pm and Thursday 6:30 pm
