Philosophy

My passion is in helping others succeed in their personal health and fitness goals. This passion compels me to design programs and services of the highest possible quality, giving you maximum value and lasting results in timely manner.

My approach to life both personally and professionally, is to live it to the fullest by challenging myself and my clients to continually learn, grow and nurture ourselves and loved ones in the direction of health and happiness.  Daily practice of natural nutrition, exercise, active living and meditation are fundamental to achieving this state of health.

On-going research and studies have led me down the path of holistic health which encompasses natural nutrition, Pilates and meditation.  I will only bring suggestions, products and services to you, that I practice myself, have fully researched, and have cleared with my personal network of health practitioners.  You can be guaranteed that all services and products at the TWC meet the following criteria:  highest quality available; science based; they work; time efficient; lead to longevity and health.

A busy wife and Mom of 3 children, I know first hand, that time and effectiveness are top priority!  As we nurture gentle but profound shifts in your lifestyle to make healthy living a natural and easy way of life, I have incorporated teaching methods and products that will accelerate your results, keep you motivated and ensure you can stay on top of all of your personal time demands.
